Ubong Essien, msp has been in the human capacity building profession since 1999 and has worked as speaker, trainer, coach and consultant to a variety of Nigerian organizations spanning both private corporations and public enterprises including Fidelity Bank, Intercontinental Bank, Nigerian Tribune, Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), John Holt Engineering, UAC Plc, Nigeria Bottling Company Plc, Mr. Bigg's, MDS, CAP Plc, Brila FM, AIICO Insurance.
In 2007, he convened the first ever International Speakers Summit in Lagos, Nigeria. As Dean of the Motivators Academy and The School of Eloquence, Ubong has trained over 200 people in public and professional speaking skills development. He is chief executive of The Can-Do Place from where he runs 11 registered motivational enterprises.
He is a member of the National Speakers Association, U.S.A.
